    Ollie Bell Dillard, 70, of Glasgow died Sunday, February 01, 2004 at her residence.  She was born June 4, 1933 in Marrowbone, Kentucky.  She was the daughter of the late Frank and Lucy Gibson Ballard.  She was a member of the East Fork Baptist Church.         

    Survivors include her husband of 54 years: Floyd Neal Dillard; three sons: Carl N. Dillard and his wife Shelia, Terry L. and his wife Shelia and Bobby L. Dillard and his wife Linda all of Glasgow; four grandchildren: Jeffrey Dillard and his wife Amber of Hickory North Carolina, Diana M. Dillard and her fiancée Curtis Smith of Ohio, Gregory M. Dillard of Glasgow and Jenny Shreffler and her husband Shawn of Pennsylvania; one great-grandchild Haley Shreffler; four step-grandchildren: John Myers, Samantha Myers, Trava Myers and Brandon; two brothers: Martin Ballard and his wife Nina and Clarence Ballard and his wife Mary; several nieces and nephews. 

          Besides her parents she was preceded in death by five brothers: Hunter Ballard, Fred Ballard, Talbert Ballard, Marvin Ballard and Lesko Ballard; one sister: Mattie Ward. 

          Funeral will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home. Friends may call the funeral home after 4:00 P.M. on Monday.
