Word just trickled down to me about Mark's passing. My sincerest condolences go out to your family- Jason my heart and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. I am the wife of Gary Payne (AKA-Sheepdog) and ironically Mark passed exactly 6 months to the day after Gary- God's big plan was to see them as room mates after all. Mark was one of my closet friends when I lived in Florida. We always took vacation together for Bike Week and Biketoberfest. He always had time to lend a helping hand. We rode together and had, more than a few beers together.We were were always together, when we weren't working. I helped him build a fence at his house on Spruce Creek Road. I called it Fort Fisher. It completely broke my heart when I heard about this...Mark and my mom were together for 6yrs...he always told me that I was the little girl that he always wanted to have. Even after him and my mom split we kept our relationship going. He was always there for me as my father from the day we met.
