William K. Hadley

            William K. “Bill” Hadley, 73, Glasgow, died Monday at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital.  A native of Cumberland County, he was a son of the late Clarence and Nettie Cooksey Hadley.  He was a retired employee of Sorensen’s in Glasgow and a longtime gunsmith. 

          Survivors include his wife, Violet; one son, Robert Blake Hadley of Glasgow; one daughter-law, Brenda Hadley of Glasgow; one brother, Ed Hadley of Marrowbone; two sisters, Kathryn Shaw of Subtle and Nell Brown of Dubree; several nieces and nephews. 

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, William K. Hadley, Jr. and Jerry Wayne Hadley. 

          Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.  Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
