     Gladys Harbison, 93, died Sunday, June 16, 2002 at the Medco Center in Franklin.  The Glasgow native and her late husband, Lawrence, owned and operated a local grocery for 40 years.  A member of the First Christian Church of Glasgow, she was active in many community and service clubs.            

      Survivors include an only son, Charles; four grandchildren, David, Clay and Kristina, all of Bowling Green, and Dan of Scottsville; and two great-granddaughters, Jessica and Meredith. 

      Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 19^th, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home in Glasgow, followed by burial in the Hiseville Cemetery.
