Norine J. Hassel, 82, Glasgow, died Saturday, March 15, 2003, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital.  A native of Vincennes, IN, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Emma Gedde Jording.  She was a retired bookkeeper for the Boeing Corporation and a member of the Lutheran Church. 

Survivors include her husband, Carl; two daughters, Patricia Powers and husband, Stephen, of Dallas, Cindy Godfrey and husband, Michael, of Atlanta; one granddaughter, Melissa Pelton and husband, Lance, of Ft. Worth; one great-grandson, Lance Pelton, Jr. of Ft. Worth. 

Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 18, 2003, at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery under the direction of the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.  There will be no visitation.
