Caroline Evans Thomas, 80, Glasgow, died Sunday at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital.  She was a daughter of the late Grover and Mary Warren Evans, a retired seamstress at Handmacher Fashions and a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

          Survivors include one son, Joseph Thomas and his wife, Brenda of Lebanon, TN.; one daughter, Judy Wilson and her husband, Dean of Lebanon; one sister, Rebecca Taylor of Eighty-Eight; two brothers, James Evans of Columbia and Rev. William Evans of Herndon, KY.; eleven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Columbus Thomas; two sons, Stephen and David Thomas; a granddaughter, Michelle Grohman; a sister, Rose Thomas and a brother, Harold Evans.

          Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.  Anyone wishing to do so may sign an online guest register at www.hatchersaddler.com.
