James L. Bragg, Sr.
James Leonard Bragg, 59, of Glasgow died Friday, June 08, 2001 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was the son of the late William Victor Bragg and Vertie Gosser Bragg. He was a pharmacy technician at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital for 29 years. He was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church.
He is survived by one son: James Lee Bragg, Jr. and his wife Bonnie of Glasgow. Two grandchildren: James Aaron Bragg and Corey Bragg of Glasgow. One brother: Herbert Bragg of Bellingham, Washington; Two sisters: Betty Poynter and Ruby Scott of Columbus, IN. Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Aunt Mattie Poland and Uncle Turner Poland. Also ten brothers and sisters: Johnny, Albert Lee, Russell, Herman, Kenneth, Mary, Juanita, Jean, Kitty and Opel.
Funeral will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the New Liberty Cemetery in Metcalfe County. Friends may call after 2:00 P. M. Saturday at the funeral home.
