Joseph “Joe” Leo Parker, 30, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away Friday, March 25, 2022 at his residence. He was a son of the late Leo Harvey and Judy Carol Parker Emmitt.
He is survived by one brother: Fred Kent Parker (Stephanie); one half brother: Andy Emmitt; one half sister: Katie Emmitt; grandmother: Hazel Robinson (Walter); one aunt: Cindy Smith; one uncle: John Davis; one nephew: Thomas Parker; one niece: Haley Parker; several cousins.
Memorial services will be 5:00 pm Sunday, April 3, 2022 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 4:00 pm Sunday until time for services.
