My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. Uncle Cecil was truly one of a kind and consider myself very fortunate to have had the privilege of spending time with him.
Uncle Cecil loved God and his horses. I will always cherish the time we spent riding together and discussing the Bible. I know he’s in his savior’s arms now.
Cecil is a precious and he was friendly, kind and a good listener when discussing our Christ The Lord. He was a curious soul and loved discussing The Bible. You are loved Cecil and will be missed
