Billy Cutliff

Billy C. Cutliff, 62, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at the University of Louisville. He was a son of David Gene Cutliff and Linda Lou Norris Cutliff.
Besides his parents he is survived by one son: Chris Cutliff; one sister: Donna Lou Goad (Larry); his fiancé: Elaine Gail Gatewood; one aunt: Lena England (Kenneth); He is also survived by one other aunt, three uncles, several cousins and very many friends.
There will be a memorial service 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, Visitation will be starting at 10:00 am Wednesday until time for services.
I am very sorry to hear of your loss , will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers, have known Billy since I was in the third grade, always a very nice polite guy
I’m so sorry for your lost. Billy and my brother Jeff were best friends, so I got to see Billy all the time and talked to him. So sorry, will keep you all in my prayers and thoughts.
