Joe H. Allen
Joe Hugh Allen, 81, of Glasgow Kentucky, passed away peacefully Tuesday December 17, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was the son of the late Jackson Claiborne Allen and Zelpha Elizabeth Porter Allen. He was retired from RR Donnelly and Son after many years of dedication. He was a member of Faith Community Church.
He is survived by three daughters: Tamala Seeley (Wayne), Kisa Buford (Stephen) and Anne Davis (Clint Fletcher); six grandchildren: Joseph Alexander Pedigo, Corey Elliott Buford (Heather), Carl Joseph Buford, Brianna Lynette Buford-Mims, Raven Winter Davis and Jocelyn Simone Davis; eight great-grandchildren: Liam Alexander Pedigo, Mila Elizabeth Pedigo, Rico Jackson Pedigo, Gage Elliott Buford, Olivia Mae Buford, Landri Jade Buford, Erica Storm Davis, and Karsyn Avery Mims; brother John Allen.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his loving wife Margarett Ann England Allen.
Funeral service will be held 1:00pm Saturday, December 21, 2024 at the Hatcher &Saddler Funeral Home, with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 3:00pm on Friday at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers family has requested donations be made to T.J. Samson Hospice.
