Marguerite Price Gides, 82, Glasgow, died Wednesday, May 30, 2007, at Barren County Health Care Center. A daughter of the late Leona Judson and John Spencer Price, she was a retired bookkeeper for Browning Oil Co. and a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Andrea Pedigo and husband, Bob, of Louisville; one son, Jeffrey William Gides and wife, Celia, of McAllen, TX; five grandchildren, Adam Brent Pedigo, John Christopher Pedigo, Alison Price Gides, Patrick Myers Gides and John Tyler Gides; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John V. Gides; four sisters, Kathleen Borders, Clarine Mansfield, Josie Faught and Marie Shateran (her twin); one brother, Frank Price.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 2, 2007, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
