James Jessie age 76 of the Iron Mountain Road, Park City, died Wednesday, March 6, 2002 at his residence. He was the son of the late Jefferson and Pearl Garrett Jessie. He was a retired machine operator for SKF, a WW II Navy Veteran and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his wife Melba Zodell Jessie.
He is survived by two daughters: Connie Jessie of Park City and Peggy Hagan and her husband Jimmy of Glasgow. Two Grandchildren: Amy Reynolds and her husband Matthew of Park City. Christopher Hagan of Glasgow. A special friend: Deanna Johnson of Glasgow.
Funeral will be 11:00 AM Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Barnes Cemetery in Adair County. Friends may call at the Funeral Home after 10:00 AM Friday.
