Martha Lutterman

Martha Frances Lutterman, 84, Glasgow, died Friday, October 22, 2010, at the Hart County Health Care Center. A daughter of the late William Brent McCoy and Dora Jane Williams McCoy, she was a retired nurse’s aide, having worked both in private duty and in local nursing homes.

Survivors include her seven children, James David Lutterman of Glasgow, Danny Ray Lutterman (Carolyn) of Cave City, Morris Dean Lutterman of Glasgow, Martha Jean Eldridge of Princeton, Rebecca Jo Eldridge (Ernest) of Tompkinsville, Connie Gail Lutterman of Glasgow and Diana Lynn Blaydes (Joey Haley) of Russellville; adoptive daughter, Donna Lindsey of Glasgow; one sister, Sally Margaret Williams (Stanley Earl) of Mt. Hermon; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Terry Bunch and two brothers, C. W. McCoy and Stanley McCoy.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Union # 2 Cemetery. Friends may call after 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

    When God takes one of the most precious things from our lives our heart is broken. Not because they have left an are in heaven but because there’s a whole there where once a mothers hand laid. When you were sick as a child and needed prayer as an adult.
