Earl Chapman

December 29, 1940          ~          March 25, 2011

Earl Chapman, 70, Munfordville, died Friday, March 25, 2011, at his residence. A native of Barren County, he was a son of the late Bill and Elizabeth Emmitt Chapman. He was retired from housekeeping at NHC in Glasgow and had been attending Leitchfield Crossing Baptist Church.

Survivors include is wife, Margie Wooten Chapman; two sons, Calvin Wayne Chapman (Amanda), and Robert “Buck” Chapman (April); 9 grandchildren, Bethany Chapman, Venessa Garrett, Coriane Chapman, Lila Nichole Chapman, Delaine Paige Chapman, Jordan Chapman, Elizabeth Chapman, Kalinda Chapman and Louise Chapman; four brothers, Stanley Chapman, Terry Chapman, Bobby Chapman and Ricky Dale Chapman; six sisters, Mayola Chapman, Lou Ann England, Geneva Riddle, Ethel Morgan, Virginia Jones and Mary Abney; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Murrell Chapman, Leslie Chapman, Cecil Chapman, Henry Chapman and Edward Lee Brown; four sisters, Frankie Wooten, Jewell Vaughn, Loretta Pedigo and Jane Wooten.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
