Carolyn Sue Bennett

Carolyn Sue Bennett, 59, of Glasgow died Friday, June 10, 2011. She is the daughter of the late Dillard and Florence Houchens Hughes.
She is survived by one son: Chris Bennett; one grandson: Bryson Braswell; two granddaughters: Jaycie Bennett and Kaylie Bennett: one nephew: Ricky Garmon “Misty”; two nieces: Debbie Pio “Amore” and Tammy Garmon; special friends: Guy Rutherford, Wanda Holmes, Diane Wooten and Betty Tibbs.
She was preceded in death by her daughter: Angela Bennett; three sisters: Ruby Hughes, Dianna Hughes and Loraine Jessie; one brother: Junior Hughes.
Funeral will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Davidson officiating. Visitation will be after 4:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
We are so sorry about the loss of Carolyn, She was a dear friend of my family. I growed up knowing her for many years, I used to stay the night with Angel, my dear friend. We loved her so much. She has touched so many lives including mine. I Love You Carolyn and will sadly miss you… Joe And Kim Devers and Family..
Chris and Brsyon I am so sorry and Sue, She was not only my Aunt but one of my best friends, I know that it happened so sudden and unexpected that it is so hard to believe and you have so much on your mind, but just don’t forget that you are not alone there is family and friends that is here for you, We all loved her and never forget her, she had her place in so many peoples heart and that will never go away, I Love you two and here for you both if you need me.

Chris and family, I am so sorry for your loss. My childhood was filled of memories of Angel & Carolyn, when they lived across the road from us. Carolyn always treated me like I was one of her own. I pray that you will find comfort in the Lord.
