Margaret Christie

Margaret Ruth Christie, 87, Glasgow, died Thursday, September 8, 2011, at Metcalfe Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Jim and Mary Frank Jobe and wife of the late Cecil B. Christie. She was a retired inspector at Handmacher Fashions, where she worked for more than 40 years.
Survivors include one daughter, Shirley Sartain of Glasgow; one grandson, Steve Estes and wife Vickie of Glasgow; one granddaughter, Tammi Demumbrum and companion A.J. Parsons of Edmonton; one brother, Lee Raymond “Shorty” Jobe of Summer Shade; three great-grandchildren, Megan, Allison, and Logan Demumbrum of Edmonton; one great-great grandchild, Kensie Erin Neal of Edmonton.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Wesley Jobe; two sisters, Mary Monroe and Alma Warren; one great granddaughter, Maranda Lynn Estes.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
I am so sorry for your loss, Margaret was one of my favorite people, she will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear about Margaret’s passing.. I worked with her for 20 years at Handmachers and I always thought a lot of her …she will be missed .
I will miss her dearly. These past few weeks i got to spend with her will be close to my heart always.I am very sorry for your loss.
