Frances E. Smith

Frances E. Smith, 88, Glasgow, died Saturday, February 07, 2015, at her residence. A native of Barren County, she was a daughter of the late Adam Horace Lohden and Mary Elizabeth Pedigo Lohden. She was a retired cook at Dutch Mill Restaurant in Glasgow.
Survivors include one daughter: Rachel Groce of Glasgow; four grandchildren: Tonya Shive, Trisha Wyatt, Tina Kidwell, James Smith, and Junior Smith; 10 great-grandchildren: Ashley Kidwell, Dustin Kidwell, Nicholas Kidwell, Lillie Smith, Ellie Smith, Mikayla Wyatt, Daniel Wyatt, Aaron Shive, Justin Shive, and Amber Shive.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son Glendon Smith and several brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday at Neal’s Chapel Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorial donations are suggested to BRAWA. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
