Albert W. James
June 29, 1938 ~ March 29, 2015
Albert W. James, 76 of Glasgow, died Sunday, March 29, 2015 at the Signature Health Care in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was a son of the late Venus and Goldie Medley James.
He is survived by two daughters: Shelia and Shannon; two brothers: Donald E. James and his wife Marsha and Billy Joe James and his wife Flora Mae; one sister: Betty Miller and her husband Kenneth; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers: Wendell and Bobby James; six sisters: Magaline Elmore, Dorothy Estes, Lou Gene Clark, Kathleen Chambers, Nola Duckworth and Melinda James.
Funeral will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 9:00 A.M. Thursday until time of services.
I want to thank you for allowing me to care for Albert the past few years. Albert was, and still is, very dear to me. I can’t imagine your loss as I am going to miss him terribly. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
Our hearts hurt for you but we know the Lord is walking beside you during this difficult time. We love you both. God bless.
So sorry to hear of Albert’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Albert and I were cousins. My parents were Bernie and Mabel James.
