I got to know Mrs. Brown while in high school. The library was one of my favorite places to be, and I even joined the library club at one point. During those times, Mrs. Brown and I got to talk quite a bit, and she helped open my eyes to a world of books I hadn’t read before. My son only recently had her as a substitute in class as well! I’m thankful for getting to know both her and her husband, and for their dedication to our Glasgow Schools! My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Brown and the family during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Mrs. Brown.
Always friendly, always happy to see you, always had time to share conversation. May God bless your hearts with peace and wonderful memories. With sympathy and love to all Polly Smith Wilkinson Spillman
Such a fine lady and Christian. Jesse and Bernice were my mother’s rock after losing her husband. Many hugs Jesse and family
Berrnice was one of the first to welcome us to Glasgow Baptist Church. Always had a smile for us on Sunday morning in Sunday School. Loved to hear her sing in the choir. We sill miss her smiling face. She was an inspiration to all.

Jessie Reide and Family,
Bernice was a fine, gracious lady and always had a smile on her face. She always welcomed me into your home and never complained about her health. It was a blessing to know her. You and your family will be in our prayers. Leslie and Wanda
My deepest condolences in your loss. I admired Bernice so much – her grace, kindness and her love for the Lord and for you Jesse. You know she is secure with the Lord but I know her passing brings you so much sorrow. You have been and will be in my prayers.
Reide,
Don and I extend our sincere condolences. Bernice was a dear friend from elementary school through college and beyond. I was shocked to hear of her illness and passing, and I can only imagine how difficult it is for you and your family.
We fondly remember the time you and Bernice came to visit us when we were living in Milwaukee. It was a treat to have visitors from home as we traveled through our military career.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you now and will be in the days ahead.

Mr Brown I am so sorry for your loss.
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Brown. While I did not know Mrs. Brown, I did have Mr Brown as a teacher in high school. I am sure that the kindness he has shown my family in recent losses is reflective of the loving relationship that he had with his wife and has with his children and grandchildren. Please accept my sympathy for your loss. I am glad that her battle with cancer is over and pray that she rests in peace.
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Brown. I extend my deepest condolences to the entire family. I have many fond memories of Mrs.Brown from Liberty Street Elementary School. My thought and prayers are with you.
Mr. Brown and family, God be with You and your family!
I’m so sorry for your loss.
When I went back to WKU to advance my RN degree to BSN, Mrs. Brown was my LME instructor and was one of my favorites on that campus! Years later I liked to watch her singing in the choir on the televised Glasgow Baptist service. She will be missed by many!
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Brown.
The last time we saw her was about a month ago and she was smiling and laughing.
She was a very kind lady. We are so sorry about your loss.
