Sherla F. Steen age 55 of Merry Oaks died today at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Willard Hester and Louise Hester who survives. She was a bookkeeper for South Central Rural Telephone and a member of the Merry Oaks Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband Tom. A Friend Nikki. Her mother Louise Hester of Merry Oaks. Her Grandmother Era McDonald of Merry Oaks. A sister: Arlene Skaggs and her husband Ricky of Brownsville. A Niece: Angie Dawn Skaggs of Brownsville and Two Nephews: Willard Nichols Skaggs of Brownsville and Andy Steen and his wife Christine of Louisville.
Funeral will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2:00 P.M. Sunday.
