Edith Elizabeth Tracy age 76 of the Austin Community died Saturday, April 26, 2003 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Ben and Fannie Huskisson Gillenwaters. A hairdresser for many years in Austin, KY and a member of the Peter’s Creek Church of Christ.
She is survived by three Daughters: Charlotte Berry and her husband Charles of Austin. Marsha Hanson and her husband Steve of Glasgow. Julie Birge of Glasgow. One Son: Joe Tracy and his wife Rhonda of Murray. Eleven Grandchildren: Micah Scobee and her husband Michael, Jason and Amanda Berry. Heather, Kyle and Keela Tracy. Erin Simpson. Stephanie and Holli Hanson. Brandi and Briana Birge. One brother: B Gillenwaters and his wife Donna of Louisville, KY. One sister Gerte Watkins and her husband Dewey of Glasgow. Also several nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Woodie Tracy and her son-in-law Tony G. Birge.
Funeral will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Union #1 Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home after 2:00 P.M. Monday.
