Marie Rose Willis, 95, formerly of Grosse Pointe Woods , MI , died Wednesday, November 26, 2003 , in Eighty-Eight , KY. A daughter of the late Susan Anna Clark and Eugene Allen Rose, she was a retired teacher with Center Line Public Schools in Michigan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Clifton Willis, formerly of Columbia, KY.
Survivors include two daughters, Betty Ann Smith of Glasgow and Martha Jean Fohare of Michigan ; one sister, Violet Filer of Lexington, KY; five grandchildren, including Warren Smith of Glasgow; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 5, 2003, at the Cadillac Memorial Gardens East Chapel in Clinton Township, Michigan.
