Mildred Holman Dickinson, 91, Glasgow , died Friday, August 27, 2004 , at NHC Health Care Center. Born in Beckton , KY , on September 19, 1912 , she graduated Glasgow High School and married Dr. John Dickinson on October 28, 1938 . She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church of Glasgow .
Survivors include three daughters, Martha Dickinson of Ellsworth , Maine , Ann Beal of Chatham , Virginia , and Joan Walker of Durham , North Carolina ; one son-in-law, Henry Walker; four grandchildren, Aaron Walker of St. Paul, Minnesota, Jonathan Beal of Washington, DC, Ike Walker of Acton, Massachusetts, and Madeline Beal of Berkeley, California; one granddaughter-in-law, Liz Walker; one sister-in-law, Anna Holman; one brother-in-law, Dr. Lewis Dickinson; numerous nephews, nieces and their children and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 3, 2004, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
