Harold L. Bishop, age 82 Glasgow, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2008 at the Bowling Green Medical Center. He was a native of Louisville and a retired salesman for Moorman Feeds. Many years ago he was a Dollar General Store manager and the he worked at Junior Foods and Towne Motel in Glasgow. He was a member of the Trinity Church of the Nazarene. He was preceded in death by his parents, Terry Drew and Anna Wallace Bishop.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Edna (Tyree) Bishop; two sons: Tony Bishop and wife Anice of Smiths Grove and John T. Bishop of Louisville; two granddaughters: Kacie Reeves and husband Josh of Scottsville and Alyssa Bishop of Smiths Grove, and three great-granddaughters: Lauren Reeves, Natalie Reeves and Abby Reeves.
Funeral will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday C.S.T. at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, 801 North Race Street at Happy Valley Road, Glasgow, KY. Burial will be in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 3:00 P.M. C.S.T. Saturday at the funeral home.
