Lena Ferguson

Lena Humes Jackson Ferguson, 94, Glasgow, died Wednesday, August 25, 2010, at the Barren County Health Care Center. A daughter of the late Willie and Leolla Parsley Humes, she was a homemaker and a member of the Grider Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Addus Jackson and wife, Eddie Mae; one daughter, Eva Wheeler; one step-daughter, Phyllis McDonald; 4 step-sons, Robert Ferguson, Gary Ferguson, Floyd Ferguson and Jerry Ferguson; a daughter-in-law, Wanda Jackson; a son-in-law, Roy Perkins; 15 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two husbands, Jay Jackson and Leon Ferguson; a son, Mack Jackson; a daughter, Margaret Perkins; a grandson, Tony Wheeler; a son-in-law, Richard (Dick) Wheeler; 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Poplar Log Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
