The England family,
I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. It was a terrible shock for me yesterday as I know it was for all of you. Although I did not know Tim really well , after Lynn and Lori married, he was just part of the family. Val, my heart goes out to you and the children. Dot and Clyde, I cannot even imagine how you are feeling right now, but my thought and prayers are with you all. Lori and Lynn, I am just so sad for you right now. I know how close your whole family is and that makes these times even harder. Wish I could be there with you, but I cannot get away from work at this time. We are remembering you in our prayers and know that God does get you through these tough times. I just remember hearing about all the good times you had together and how funny Tim was.

I was so sorry to hear about your dad…your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Dear family,
I cannot begin to express my sympathy to each of you. I have served on the Caverna Board of Education since 1993, about the same time that Tim began serving at Barren Co. I has been my pleasure to get to know him through our association at local, Regional and State School Board meetings. He always greeted you with a smile and was kind and considerate. He was very interested and enthusiatic about the education of children.
I also wish to express my sympathy to my friends of the Barren Co. Board of Education and the Administration. Tim will be greatly missed by us all having touched many lives.
May God bless the England family,
Wayne Hatcher

Dot & Junior: My heart goes out to you both. As a parent, I cannot fathom what it would be like to lose one of my sons, regardless of our ages. I suppose I remember Tim best as a young kid growing up around Tracy. It has been a pleasure over the years since then of always hearing good things about him and what he accomplished in life and in the lives of others through his work and association with the school board. You are both in my prayers.
Val and children: My sincerest sympathy to each of you. Rest assured that lots of people are lifting you each up in prayer as you travel this difficult road ahead. (Kids, I was your age when I lost my father suddenly, so I certainly understand how you feel.)
Lori…I am so very sorry for the loss of your brother. You are in my prayers.
With love,
Paulette Wasylycia–mother of David & Scott Woodcock; grandmother of: Andy, Austin, Aiden, Staci, Madi & Kennedy Woodcock).
Tim will be remembered as a good man and may all of you find comfort in knowing you each had special place in a life well-lived. You are in our prayers.

My heart goes to each of you in this trying sad time. Hold tight to all the wonderful memories. He was a fine man,one we all can be proud to have known. God Bless each of you. Love you all!!
A shock to all of us that have known and worked with Tim in the Barren County School District. He was a dedicated public servant who believed in practicing a selfless service to make education better and assure that every student in Barren County schools had the opportunity to succeed. He fought for what is right and used his position to make sure that happened.
We will miss him and his positive influence in our community.
My prayers are wth your family.

Tim and I were in pharmacy school together from 1982 to 1984 at Samford University in Birmingham Alabama. We took turns driving home on weekends from school. Tim was one of the most generous kind hearted people that i ever met. He was a true friend. My prayers go out to the family, i am so sorry for your loss. I know that heavens doors have been opened and Tim is there. I will miss him very much. RESPECTFULLY, JOHN M. POLSTON
Tim and I served on the KSBA together and although I had only been on the board a short time, Tim was one of the ones who made me feel a part of things from the start. My deepest sympathy to your family on the loss of such a kind, gentle man. Our Commonwealth is also mourning the loss of an important advocate for our children’s education.

I was so very sorry to hear of Tim’s passing. Although I’d only known him for a short time, I could tell how committed he was to education. It is his spirit of excellence and care for Kentucky’s youth that I will most remember.

“Do not be afraid, for I have redeemed you:
I have called you by your name, you are mine.
Should you pass through the sea, I will be there with you;
or through rivers, they will not swallow you up.
Should you walk through fire, you will not be scorched
and the flames will not burn you…
Do not be afraid, for I am with you.”

I am so sorry to hear of Tim’s passing, just typing the words seem so unreal. So many wonderful words are being expressed through the newspapers, and other medias, all of which we who have been around Tim know it is all true, even though I have not been around you guys for years, I recall Tim’s spirit of servanthood when he first started out on the Site Based Counsel at A.T. and while working with you guys in the P.T.A. way back then. In seeing the photo’s and remembering days gone by, it is the smile that was always on Tim’s face and the way he would turn his head and halfway grin, right before he would say, “now I just don’t know about that”.
I praise God for not only the time you guys were blessed with and your children, but also the legency of Tim’s life and testimony. God welcomed home one of His Precious Servants, and it is our community that morns with you. My prayers are with you and all your loved ones for the days ahead. May God’s Peace that surpasses all understanding fill you; May His Comfort and Strength hold you close and carry you forth knowing that you are not alone, for God Almighty is now and forever with you.
My condolences to the family. I am so sorry for your loss. Tim will be remembered as a good person by all that ever knew him. The community has lost a very valueable member. Again, to the family my condolences.
I’ve known Tim since we were kids at Austin Tracy.Tim was’nt a friend he was family,at least that’s how he made you feel. One of the things that always impressed me the the most was he always had time to talk no matter how busy he was,and he was always the same.No one will ever know all the lives Tim has touched,May God comfort the family and his many friends in this loss.
I am so sorry about the sudden loss of your loved one. I only knew Tim through his great efforts in Education. I am a retired teacher in the Monroe County School System and I know that the teachers in Barren County are going to miss him as not only a great Board Member but, also as a person.
My sympathy to your family.
I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Such a sudden event is so tramatic. My thoughts are with you.
To the family of Tim England,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all the family during this sorrowful time. We pray that God will wrap His loving arms around you all and give you comfort and peace. Trust in Him and He will see you thru this.
To the England Family,
Tim and I served on the KY State School Boards Association together, and I was always impressed with his thoughtful statements about education and our Commonwealth’s students. Clearly, he was an outstanding advocate.
