Jeff Hogue
March 3, 1965 ~ October 19, 2010
Jeffrey Brian Hogue, 45, Glasgow, died Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A son of Wilma Coffey Hogue of Glasgow and the late Rumsey Hogue, he was the manager of Siding Sales, Inc. in Glasgow.
Jeff is survived by his mother, Wilma Hogue of Glasgow; one son, Drew Sims of Center; one daughter, Sabrina Bryant of Horse Cave; one granddaughter, Nevaeh Bryant; two brothers, R. J. Hogue of Austin and Thomas Hogue and his wife, Karen, of Glasgow; one sister, Kay Spears of Glasgow; 7 nieces and nephews, Terri Hogue Medcalfe, Tim Hogue, Kara Hogue Neidell, Joel Spears, Derek Hogue, Sarah Hogue and Patrick Hogue; 5 great-nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Heart Association.
We had many good times and played alot of golf together. Jeff was a really good friend and will be missed.
jeff one my best friend,,we had many talks about life and and anything else we could thnk of to talk about.we talk all most every night.i will miss him with all my heart.i will all so miss our heart to heart talks,he is gone but he will for ever be in my heart as long as i shall live.to the famliy,if you need anything at all, just let me know,,he was the brother i never had and will all ways feel that way.you couldnt ask for a better friend then i had with jeff.love you jeff!!
To Hogue Family: Jeff was a very and sweet person I have known since school. I would like for you to know that your family is in my thoughts and prayers. God is in your hearts.
I went to high school and college with Jeff and I also worked with him at RR Donnelley. He was a great guy to be around both because of his great sense of humor and his work ethic whether it be as the point guard on the high school basketball team or as a coworker. He will be missed. Goodbye Jeff.
Jeff was a friend of mine. He was a great person. My prayers are with the Family.

I’m not sure where to begin. THe intire Hogue family are very special. Moving here from a large city to “Dry Fork” was very difficuilt at that time. Thy Hogues were one of the families that befriended us. We were few of the kids who knew what it was to be ,what seemed to be trapped by, a dairy farm. haha As adults we learned what a great priveldge it was. Jeff was my best guy friend in high school. He was always so very easy to talk to.Great guy…and Defended what was right even if he was out numbered.

Jeff was one of my very best friends,a super nice guy.We talked about every day just to check on each other.Still cant believe he is gone an i cant talk to him.My prayers will be with the family in this time of great loss.Rest In Peace GOOD FRIEND!!!!!

I am so sorry for Jeff’s passing. I worked with him several years ago at Green Mechanical. He was always a joy to be around no matter what was going on.We shared alot of laughter on a daily basis. You have my thoughts and prayers during this time.

Very sorry at Jeff’sudden passing. Played golf together and had many good times.
My condolences to the family. Jeff was a good friend and a great employee. He was hard working, honest and very good at his job. We played golf every Saturday for years and went on several golf outings. My prayers are with the family.
