Michael Gary Hurt, 55, of Cave City, died Sunday, August 28, 2011 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He is the son of the late Roy Washington Hurt and Verna Mildred Harper Hurt. He was a member of the Light House Church in Horse Cave.
He is survived by his wife: Betty J. Hurt, one son: Michael D. Hurt and his wife Leslie; one daughter: Lori Mosier and her husband Eddie; two brothers: Tim Hurt and Daryl Hurt; five grandchildren, two step grandchildren and 2 step great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be 11:00 A. M. Tuesday at the Light House Church in Horse Cave with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00 P.M. Monday at the church. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
