Pa, I know you are rejoicing in your Heavenly Home with all your loved ones who have gone on before you especially your son Jerry. But that dont make the pain no easier for us on this earth you left behind. Knowing one day I am going to see you again and be Rejoicing with you is the only thing that keeps me going right now. I Love & MIss You So Much. I know as I got older I didnt come see you as often but you Knew How much I Loved You. This Ole world is not going to be the same. You was a great family man. You are gotten but you will never be forgotten. I am going to hold onto the Memories you left me with. Love You Lots, Your Grand-Daughter Donna Kaye Byrd
A Great Uncle, A Pillar of the Family. I always thought of you as the bright blue eyed Kentucky Colonel. Your courage through every trial even the loss of your leg and later the effects of your stroke did not detour you from a being a loving and energetic person. Would that all people should have the zeal for life and wonderful work ethic that you exuberated through out your 86 years.
You will be missed, but I know you are in Paradise and at Peace with our Lord Jesus. A hope that we who know Him , as our personal Savior and Friend, have a much greater reward to look forward to than this life has to offer. Your Loving Niece, Marcia

To the family of Holly Houchens, I just wanted to extend my sympathy to you all, especially Donna,Wanda, David, and the family, for the loss of your loved one. I know how hard it is to loose someone you love so much. I meant for us to come to the funeral home but I could not get Mike to come, he just does not like to go to funeral homes at all. Since I could not get him to come, I choose not to come either. Hope you all will forgive us and maybe understand that we have been through so much and lost 3 in my family that we just do not like funeral homes anymore at all. I have to make myself go and that does not happen very much. So I am sorry we did not make it up there but we do extend our sympathy to you all for the lose of Mr. Houchens. MAY GOD GIVE YOU ALL THE STRENGTH TO ENDURE THIS LOSE. JANICE & MIKE PEDEN
