Mandy – I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Granny Pete. Please know you and your family will be in my prayers. Have peace in your heart knowing she is without pain and suffering now and wouldn’t change a single moment of what she has experienced since Jesus met her at the pearly gates and said “Welcome Home my child.” May God Bless You and your family and keep his arms wrapped around you for comfort in the days that lie ahead. I love you Mandy and if there is anything I can do, PLEASE feel free to ask. Sisters in Jesus!
It will be the little things that you will remember, the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now,it will be the memories of these little things that will help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again.

THOUGH YOU CANNOT ALWAYS SEE THE BIRDS SINGING,
IF YOU LISTEN WITH YOUR HEART,
YOU CAN ALWAYS HEAR HIS SONG.
THOUGH THE ONES WE LOVE MAY LEAVE LIFE, AS WE KNOW IT,
IN OUR MEMORY, THE LOVE WE KNEW WILL ALWAYS CARRY ON.
JEAN YOU WILL BE MISSED.

Some of my fondest memories are from Hiseville Baptist and Mrs. Peterson and her dedication to teaching in the Junior Department. As I grew older, I considered it an honor to begin to serve along side of her. Her legacy resides in her family. Brad, I remember the times we we close friends and how your mom and dad would watch out for us while still allowing us some freedom to grow up. Tommy, you displayed many of the qualities of your mom when we served together as deacons, and the respect I have for you and your family has its basis in the wisdom that you had from your mom. I did not have the pleasure of knowing Janice, but Pete, David and Susan all are part of my memories of the time in which Jean was first a teacher and eventually a co-worker for Christ. It is odd, but after all of the years, she is still Mrs. Peterson to me, a person that deserves respect and honor for her many years of dedication to her church and family.
My prayers are extended to all of you and it is my hope that the Spirit if Christ will comfort each of you as you celebrate her passing to be in the presence.of Christ for eternity. She built a home around you for most of her life, but now she gets to enjoy a very special home built just for her.
Tom, Pete, David and family, my condolences to you and your family. My prayers are with you.
Praying for all of you and asking God to comfort you during this time.
Lori & family I am so sorry to hear about your Granny Pete. Please know you all are in my thoughts and prayers sweetie. Give Juanita & your dad a hug for me.
Some of my best memories of working at Watson’s have Granny in them. She was a Granny to more grandchildren than she could count. She was always smiling even when she was tired. She always had a kind word for everyone but if you needed it she could set you straight in a minute. When she smiled and laughed it would light up the whole room. The whole Peterson family are in my thoughts and prayers. I know its hard now but remember the good times and know that you will see her again.
