Anthony “Tony” Wayne Jessie, 56, of Scottsville, formerly of Bowling Green, died Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was the son of Raymond Jessie and the late Betty Lou Wilson Jessie.

Besides his father his is survived by his wife: Omie Marie Sloan Jessie; one son: Harley Jessie; one daughter: Jessica Jessie; two step-children: Dewey Jessie and Dana Jackson; six grandchildren: Kaitlyn Gentry, Brittany Guthrie, Kaitlyn Birge, Brooklyn Birge, Lee Birge and Natasha Jessie; one great-grandchild: Nevaen Guthrie; two brothers: Roger Jessie “Jan” and Mark Jessie; two sisters: Donna Sue Hatcher & Penny Peden; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.

Besides his mother he was preceded in death by his grandson: Blake Gentry and his brother: Jimmy Jessie.

Memorial services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 3:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to help defray funeral expenses.
