Dorothy Frances Barber Morrison
Dorothy Frances Barber Morrison, 82, of Hiseville, passed away Monday, July 20, 2015 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital with family around her. She was a daughter of the late Thomas Herbert Barber and Clara Bell Barber of Stamping Ground, Kentucky.
She is survived by two daughters: Clara Turner “Larry” and Doris Peavley; four grandchildren: John Clay “Cheryl”, Wendy Brown “Donnie”,
Darrell Rutherford and David Turner; one brother: Tommy Barber; seven great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edward Winston Morrison; one son-in-law: Kevin Peavley; one sister: Ruby Riddle; two brothers: Gobel Biggs and Delbert Barber.
Funeral will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
