Jerry Wayne Thompson, 66, Glasgow, died Sunday, February 28, 2016, at University of Louisville Hospital. He was a son of the late Clarence and Nova Poindexter Thompson.

He is survived by one brother: Terry Poindexter and his wife Connie; three sisters: Frances Chapman, Faye Williams, and Wilma Cotton and husband David; several nieces and nephews including John Poindexter. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 4 sisters.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12 noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
