Doris Robertson
June 3, 1921 ~ May 24, 2016
Doris Robertson, 94, Glasgow, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at NHC Healthcare of Glasgow. A native of Russell County, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Nancy Ella Helm Taylor. She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Zion Methodist Church.
Survivors include one son Steve Robertson and wife Judy; three grandchildren: Nicki Collier and husband Duane, Emily Carver and husband Billy, Daniel Robertson and wife Britney; ten great-grandchildren: Perri, Sydney, Laney and Ellie Collier; Allie Abbie, Trey, and Trigg Carver; Layla and Lera Robertson all of Glasgow; one sister: Ruby Hulse of Louisville; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Henry Clay Robertson and a son David Bradley Robertson.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday at the Robertson Family Cemetery in Adair County. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
There are 10 great grandchildren
