Zanya E. Tartar

Zanya E. Tartar, 40, of Glasgow, Kentucky, formerly of Monticello, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017. She was a daughter of Kenny Meadows and Yalanda Tartar.
Besides her parents she is survived by three children: Michealla Braden, Travis Tartar and Zachary Pettigrew; two sisters: Jessica Murphy and Calandra Tartar and significant other: Rusty Lewis.
Funeral will be 5:00 P.M. Saturday, July 15, 2017 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be at the funeral home after 10:00 A.M. Saturday.

Mrs Shwankes music class, Woodlawn Elementary, first day jitters. We sat next to each other and you introduced yourself and exclaimed that we are now friends. And we were….and we are. ??
I certainly did not know you very well Zanya, but I appreciated you coming to our home with Rusty for Holiday dinners, and I know the world has lost a truly kind soul. Safe travels home for you, and peace and strength for your family and friends as they mourn your loss.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Kids your mom was a great inspiration, she looked so strong while she was fighting her cancer. I hope she has found peace. Take care you three, she loved you guys so much.
