I have always heard my mom speak so highly of Dr. Gibson. He delivery me on January 15, 1979 (I always remember his birthday) Years later he became my Dr. and I saw first hand that he was a very caring and genuine person. He will be missed by many!
Bettie and I are deeply moved by Ray’s passing and have counted him and Nancy as precious friends. He and Nancy were great assets to Glasgow Baptist and the entire community. He faithfully prayed for our family. One day all of us will have a great reunion in Heaven.

Our sympathy to all. He was my doctor over the years and I knew him when I worked at T.J. as well. He was a special person.
our thoughts and prayers are with family
Ray and I have known each other since the beginning of medical school in 1964. He was such a caring guy that he would give you the shirt off his back! He strongly felt that God wanted him to be an OB-GYN doctor and that he was called for that “ministry” to help people. He was passionate about being the best caring physician for his patients that he possibly could. Since he was such a close friend from medical school days (we did a lot of studying together), he was a major reason for our decision in coming to Glasgow to set up practice in 1975.
We pray that God’s love will provide peace and serenity to Nancy, Rachel, and the rest of the family.

Nancy and family – Sorry for taking so long to send our condolences. We’ve been in the process of traveling to Florida for the past week. We were both so sorry to hear of Ray’s passing. We have nothing but admiration for the life he built for you and his family and the many contributions he made to the Bowling Green community. We are keeping you and Rachel and her family in our thoughts.
