Myron H. Mitchell

Myron H. Mitchell, 70, Glasgow, died Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Hospice House of Southern Kentucky. The Warren County native was the son of Barbara Sprouse Mitchell and the late Carl Mitchell. He was a retired hotel manager and carpenter who enjoyed the beach, music, cooking, and antique car shows.
In addition to his mother, survivors include three children: Justina Mitchell of Cave City, Jennifer Mitchell of Glasgow, and Myles Mitchell and his wife Jessica of Smiths Grove; twelve grandchildren: Dustin Mitchell, Peter Trippi, Aaron Mitchell, Allison Mullally, Caden Hill, Dylan Lawson, Emerson Mitchell, Eden Mitchell, Michael Mitchell, Aiden Basulto, Audrey Mitchell, and Brantley Mitchell; three great-grandchildren: Nevaeh Mitchell, Marcus Mitchell, and Greyson Lawson; one brother, Boyd Mitchell; four sisters: Elaine Wood, Karen Watkins, Janet Contreras, and Sharon McClellan; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Wren Mitchell; one granddaughter Makayla Mitchell; and one brother Patrick Mitchell.
The family chose cremation. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 14 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
