Brenda Gustafson
November 8, 1947 ~ August 9, 2023
Brenda Faye Gustafson, 75, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away peacefully August 9, 2023. She was born in Logan, West Virginia; she was the daughter of the late Frank & Almeda Wallace. Brenda married Wayne Gustafson in Chicago, Illinois in May 1967. She worked for R.R. Donnelley & Sons for almost 25 years. Brenda loved frying chicken & baking pumpkins rolls for friends and family. She also loved caring for others in their time of need. She was a member of Bethel Independent Baptist Church in Glasgow, Kentucky, where she enjoyed working in the church kitchen.
Survivors include daughter Kim Greene (David); daughter Patty Davis (Paul); son Brian Gustafson; two grandsons William Davis and Titus Gustafson; two step-granddaughters Layne Grime (Jonathan) & Catherine Greene; one step-great grandson Kona Grime; sister Rita Metz (Bob); brothers Charles Wallace and Buddy Wallace; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Besides her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by one brother: Robert Gene Wallace.
The funeral service for Brenda will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial at Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday and after 11:00 am Saturday until time for services at the funeral home.

??Our prayers are with you when we can’t. We loved Brenda and will miss that smile. She was always so jolly when we would gather. She will be missed from our presence but never from our hearts. She was one of a kind. So talented with ceramics which we will cherish the ones we have. Love to Rita, Buddy, Charles, Patty, Kim and Brian. Grandchildren??
