Charlotte Ann Boards
Charlotte Ann Boards, 74, Glasgow passed away peacefully Monday, November 20, 2023 at T.J. Samson Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Oliver Charles and Agatha Martin Bush.
She graduated From Glasgow High School and with encouragement from her late mother, attended Glasgow School for Practical Nursing and became an LPN in 1969. For the majority of her career, she practiced in long term care. Laughing with her residents while all the time treating them like family, trying to improve their quality of life. Due to an accident in which she injured both arms, it unfortunately ended her nursing career. The family would like to acknowledge the staff at Signature Healthcare of Glasgow for the loving and compassionate care given to Charlotte during her stay at their facility.
She is survived by three sisters: Myra Sublett-Bunton (Ronald), Vivian Franklin (Wendell), Linda Buckner (Leroy); two brothers: Oliver Charles Bush, and George Roundtree; five nieces: Brittany Duff, LaKeisha Bush, LaTasha Buckner, Kimberly Buckner, Niki Moore; three nephews: Oliver Charles Bush, Tyler Maxey, and Justin Carr, and best friend Alma Moody also survives.
Funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 24, 2023 at Bear Wallow Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Bear Wallow Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. prior to service on Friday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
I’m so sorry to hear of Charlotte’s passing. She and I graduated together class of 1967. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of of her family.

Loved being in high school with Charlotte. We graduated together, class of ’67 GHS. Rest in peace.
So sorry prayers
I knew Charlotte from Bowling Green when she was working at the nursing home. She was always great to work with. She was always great with her patients. I sadly hadn’t seen her in several years. Sorry for your loss.
