Connie Faye Pendleton, 82, Glasgow, passed away suddenly Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at NHC Healthcare Center. A native of Barren County, she was the daughter of the late Noble and Wilma Spillman Young. Connie was formerly a deputy clerk in the Barren Circuit Court Clerk’s office. Her main emphasis was being a homemaker and taking care of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband Thomas Pendleton; two daughters: Vivian Garrett and husband Barry of Glasgow, and Valerie Grant and husband Don of Bethpage, Tennessee; one granddaughter, Desiree Martin (Jody); six grandsons: Seth Garrett (Hallie), Colby Garrett, Matthew Zuccari, Sheldon Grant, Zachariah Zuccari, and Sterling Grant; four great-grandchildren: Aidan Zuccari, Lana Martin, Omery Garrett, and Rylie Garrett; one sister, Peggy Wyatt; one brother, Roger Young; a sister-in-law, Martha Mutter; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Jeanette Wyatt, and one brother, James Clifton Young.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
