Eddie Mae Jackson of Glasgow, Kentucky the daughter of the late John Goad and Maggie Vance Goad she was born on Wednesday, December 14th, 1938, in Barren County and passed away on Saturday, May 18th, 2024. She was 85 years, 5 months, and 4 days of age. She made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Grider Memorial Baptist Church in Glasgow and was retired from S.K.F. in Glasgow. She loved her plastic canvas, crafts, camping and her Husband, Children and Grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Addus Jackson of Glasgow, having united in marriage on June 25th, 1960. Being married 63 years 10 months and 23 days. Other survivors include two daughters: Charlene and son-in-law Larry Shaw of Glasgow, Kathy and son-in-law Johnny Mayes of Glasgow, and one son Steven and daughter-in-law Jamie Jackson of Knob Lick.
seven grandchildren: Eli Mayes, Cory Shaw, Brooklyn Jackson, Aaron Jackson, all of Glasgow. Maegan Dillman of Sellersburg. Dylan Jackson and Lily Jackson both of Knob Lick. Seven great-grandchildren: Ava Mayes, Mason Mayes, Bridget Shaw, Brayden Shaw, Braxton Shaw, Patrick Dillman, and Kash Jackson. One great-great-grandchild: Sterling Jones.
Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by five sisters: Dorothy Runyon, Katherine Gibson, Evelyeen LaMaster, Elnora Huff, and Sarah Robertson. Three Brothers: Johnny Goad, Thomas Carl (T.C.) Goad, and William Goad.

Funeral will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday and after 8:00 am Tuesday until time for services.
