Henrietta McMillian 73, Glasgow passed away peacefully on Sunday February 2, 2025 at the Shanti Niketan Hospice house surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Henry Earl Shaw and Margie Gass Shaw. She served her country in the United States Army.
She is survived by her daughter Crystal Codner (Verdine); three grandchildren: Kaycen Bradley (Samantha Ortiz), Elijah Bradley (Wonni), and Jalayia Codner, niece Denise Bowling, and nephew Cory Shaw.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother Larry Shaw, and Sister Diane East.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday February 8, 2025, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the New Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00am Saturday. Family has requested in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Shanti Niketen Hospice House. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
