Janice Sue Compton, 79, of Glasgow, KY, passed away Saturday morning, September 7, 2024, in her home surrounded by her family. Her unwavering dedication as a wife, mother, and grandmother was clear in the abundant love that filled any room she entered. She loved fiercely and unconditionally, like something out of a storybook and always put the needs of her family at the forefront of her mind.
She is survived by her husband: Cecil Compton; three children: Timothy Miller, Regina Clark, and Mark Compton; two grandchildren: Brittney Profgan(Debbie) and Brilee Clark; one sister: Carolyn Miller.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one grandchild: Erin Clark, who we know she was overjoyed to be instantly reunited with as soon as she closed her eyes.
All services will be graveside at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Visitation begins at noon and ends at 2pm when funeral services begin. Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
