Oakley Whitlow, Jr.

Oakley T. Whitlow, Jr., 69, Old Bowling Green Road, Glasgow, died Tuesday at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. The son of the late Oakley T. and Ada Leer Whitlow, he was a retired truck driver and a U. S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Lucille “Lucy” Whitlow; two sons, Douglas Wayne Whitlow and his wife, Beverly of Glasgow and Jeffrey Daryl Whitlow of Albuquerque, NM; two step-daughters, Mary Lee Abram of Lehi, Utah, and Jannette DeMille of St. George, Utah; one step-son, Leland Thomas DeMille of Lehi, Utah; 21 step-grandchildren and 12 step-great-grandchildren all of Utah.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Friends may call after 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.
