Robert Allen Fields, 55, Glasgow, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024. A native of Barren County, he was the son of the late Robert Henry Fields and Verna Katherine Coomer Taylor.
Survivors include three children: Mikayla Fields, Gena Jones, and Dakota Fields all of Glasgow; twelve grandchildren: Heaven Fields, Jaiden Fields, Andrew Vincent, Kaitlyn Greenwalt, Isabella Greenwalt, Ailee Greenwalt, Sophia Greenwalt, Memphis Greenwalt, Cody Greenwalt, Brentley Fields, Brianna Fields, and Avenly Fields; three brothers: James Fields, Jerry Fields, and John Fields (Jennifer); two sisters: Nettie Fields (Louis) and Patricia Fancher (Gary); several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Janice May Davis Fields; one brother Mitchell Fields, and three sisters: Katherine Louise Simmons, Linda Cline, and Ella Davis.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
