Ruby Inez Winchester
December 8, 1945 ~ November 11, 2002
Ruby Inez Winchester, 56, of Goodnight, died Monday at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A daughter of the late William Ivan and Elizabeth Louise Harper Cross, she was a homemaker and a member of the House of Prayer at Edmonton.
Survivors include one son, Donald Winchester and his wife, Buffy, of Goodnight; two daughters, Jean Paige and Kathy Cloyd of Goodnight; four grandchildren, Chase and Cody Winchester, Timothy Cloyd and Dana Chapman; a special friend, Wilbur Kerney; three brothers, Ray Cross and his wife, Dot, of Goodnight, Doug Cross and his wife, Gail, of Griderville, Leroy Cross and his wife, Wanda, of Griderville; three sisters, Elsie Meredith and her husband, Dwight, Becky Phelps and her husband, Earl, and Stacy Guard all of Cave City; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Marvin Joe Cross and Steven Cross, one nephew, Charles Ray Cross, and three half-sisters, Gracie Logsdon, Dora Frances Gregory and Virginia Sallee.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6:00 P.M. Monday.
