Willie Jo Garmon
Willie J. Garmon, 74, Hiseville, died Saturday in Glasgow. A daughter of the late Jessie and Nettie Pardue Byrd, she was a homemaker and widow of the late Charlie Garmon.
Survivors include three daughters, Carol J. Logsdon and husband, Herbert, of Hiseville, Peggy Moore and husband, Mike, of Campbellsville, Margie Russell and husband, Glen, of Russell Springs; seven sons, Maxie Garmon and wife, Brenda, of Hiseville, Ronnie Garmon and wife, Barbara, of Coral Hill, Michael Garmon and wife, Lisa, of Hiseville, Dennis Garmon and friend, Michelle, of Edmonton, B.J. Garmon and friend, Charlotte, of Burkesville, David Garmon and wife, Lora, and Gary Garmon all of Glasgow; one sister, Katherine Key of Bowling Green; two brothers, Maxie Byrd and James L. Byrd of Louisville; 24 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Big Meadow Cemetery. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
